AMUEEE B.Tech & B.Arch Engineering Entrance Examination

According to the official AMU Guide to Admissions 2026–27 (Page 58 & 149), AMU B.Tech consists of a single objective paper of 100 marks comprising 100 questions on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, conducted over 2 hours (120 minutes) from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon. Marking scheme is +1 mark for correct and -0.25 marks for incorrect answers.

The exam duration has been reduced from 180 minutes (3 hours) to 120 minutes (2 hours), and total questions from 150 to 100. Pacing per question remains strictly identical at 1.2 minutes (72 seconds) per question, but reduces cognitive fatigue.

B.Arch admission is determined through two papers of equal weightage: Paper-I (Common with B.Tech, 100 marks, 2 hours on 19-04-2026) and Paper-II (National Aptitude Test in Architecture - NATA conducted by the Council of Architecture).
